On the contemplative path, when we look deeply for who/what we are, if we are really onto something we find we aren't really a “something” at all. And yet our spacious being contains multitudes.

This Oneness, this same taste that is the fabric of Reality, is born of emptiness, and contains diversity and complexity. This meditation is an experiential exploration of — and resting as — the world that lives within our bodies, within consciousness, within the Whole. 

You are the spacious emptiness as well as the light that illuminates it. We all are.

In this meditation, we begin with attuning to Mother Earth and end with a prayer for all beings everywhere to realize the radiant Truth of our inherent unity.
