So often we feel consumed by our anger. Our anger can make us feel separated from our loving nature. But what if this flame of anger and the flame of love were not two things? What if this love was always present, even when we feel frustrated or irritated? This is a guided meditation and alchemical exploration.

When we let the fire of anger burn, without passing it off to someone, or letting it fuel our actions, we can discover the spark of love from which it sprang.
