On the deep spiritual path we find ourselves surrendering over and over again. This surrender is not a resignation, collapse, or suppression. Nor is it giving away parts of yourself to a guru, a lover, an authority figure, or group think.

This is an act of love. It’s an honoring of — and an opening to — the Self. To the deepest essence of what you truly are.

Using our body and felt experience as the doorway in, along with a commitment to the present moment, we can begin to listen deeply to what is true. Your radiant Being is always here, in times of struggle and joy, confusion and clarity. You are here. Always have been, always will be.
